Service tech was Adam who was very honest, didn't try to upcharge or fix anything that wasn't broken. Different company installed undersized capacitors, Adam diagnosed quickly and replaced with proper capacitors at a fair price - will be using these guys every time from now on!

He was my second call because the first call to Carolina Cool did not fix my air conditioner and told me the part was $1500 to fix it when Adam came out he found that the problem wasn’t what Carolina Cool said.
