Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very fast service, showed up when they said they would. Service tech was Adam who was very honest, didn't try to upcharge or fix anything that wasn't broken. Different company installed undersized capacitors, Adam diagnosed quickly and replaced with proper capacitors at a fair price - will be using these guys every time from now on!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Adam was very respectful and nice. He was my second call because the first call to Carolina Cool did not fix my air conditioner and told me the part was $1500 to fix it when Adam came out he found that the problem wasn’t what Carolina Cool said. He fixed it within 20 minutes and I didn’t needed parts just a damaged wire. if you’re looking for somebody who is honest and reliable call Air Casablanca.

Problems a New AC System Solves

Your old AC might be costing you more than you think.

No Cooling When You Need It Most

If your AC struggles to keep up on a 95‑degree day, it’s already failing. A new, properly sized system delivers consistent cooling across every room—no hot spots, no waiting.

Sky‑High Energy Bills Every Month

An aging, inefficient unit runs longer and wastes electricity. New high‑efficiency models use up to 30% less energy, which means immediate savings on your utility bills starting month one.

Frequent Repairs and Breakdowns

Tired of calling for repairs every summer? New systems come with manufacturer warranties and are built to last. You’ll trade repair headaches for peace of mind.

Uneven Temperatures and Humidity Issues

Old ductwork and undersized units can’t handle Horry County humidity. A new system designed for our coastal climate keeps every room comfortable and controls moisture so your home feels fresher.

Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common cooling questions from the local experts.

When is the best time to install a new AC in Horry County?

Spring and fall are ideal, before the summer heat hits or after it passes. But if your system fails, we install year‑round.

Can I install my own AC to save money?

We strongly advise against DIY. Improper installation voids warranties, wastes energy, and can be unsafe. Our licensed technicians ensure it’s done right.

How long will my new AC last with proper maintenance?

A quality system installed correctly and maintained regularly can last 12–15 years, even in our coastal environment.

Do you handle ductwork repairs during installation?

Yes. We inspect your ducts for leaks or damage and can include repairs or modifications as part of the installation.

Why choose Air Casablanca over a national chain?

We’re local. We live in Horry County and understand the unique needs of Myrtle Beach homes. Our reputation is built on honest work, not high‑pressure sales.
